Industry Services Alliance (ISA) is the peak industry body in Queensland providing advice to employers and government authorities on workforce development through training within the education, business, finance and property services industries.
To provide effective advice, ISA collects, evaluates and shares vocational education and training data and information with employers, government authorities and training organisations.

TAA40104 Building and Construction Training Initiative - Free training available
ISA has secured funds through a joint funding initiative of the Department of Education Training and the Arts (DETA) and the Building Construction Industry Training Fund (BCITF). The purpose of this initiative is to deliver Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to construction workers who wish to carry out training and assessing.
To be eligible to take advantage of this free training participants must;
- be a qualified tradesperson,
- must have a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience,
- be auspiced (linked) to a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) but not employed by one
- do not hold BSZ40198 Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training.
